Jennifer's passion for youth development was inspired by her professional experience interviewing students for internships and later by helping her own son prepare for collage. Through EMY. Inc., she equips students with essential skills such as resume development, interview preparation, and self-awareness—helping them recognize their strengths and confidently pursue their future goals.

Jennifer Spralding is the Founder and President of EMY, Inc., 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth with the skills and confidence needed for career success. With more than 20 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Jennifer held leadership roles including Key Account Manager, and Account Executive. She has also been a licensed Realtor® since 2006 and is the owner of Spralding Realty Group.
